What should I cut on a 10-day Thailand trip?

I already asked 10 nights vs three places. I hate buses. I need the cut, not a 14-day mill.

Two names, or you mainly see airports

I will not paste a day-by-day. March north is smoke, not this cut. Month, and whether a bus is even on the table.

Andaman swim week: I would not add Samui to “see both seas.” One coast. The hop is how the week dies.

I have not stacked hops. I would cut the second island. Phuket + Phi Phi + Lanta + Samui is the personality to kill.

Kids, bags: Bangkok plus one beach or skip. I am not running three airports as the family story. We are this stamp, not a 14-day mill.

Pai van is two nights. The loop is not a 10-day add-on. If nobody rides, skip the ring. Dress is cloth, not a third city.
