Halal food in Phuket that is not Patong?

Patong will sell you a laminated HALAL on a kitchen that is not. I need the island map: Muslim-run if possible, not only a hotel buffet.

Mosque catchment, not the strip

You thought the north’s mosque streets were the same gridDifferent cityPasting Chiang Mai onto Kata Hill

“No pork” and certified are different asks. The strip is a holiday kitchen. Town is where the catchment is.

How strict, and which beach you actually sleep on.

Sticker on a beach menu is not a kitchen. Town, mosque, a shop that is actually feeding the catchment. I would not trust Patong to do that job.

The north has its own mosque streets. Do not paste them onto a Phuket hill villa. Different island, same “ask which” rule.

I have not picked a beach yet. If I land in Patong I would still go into town for this, not the nearest sandwich board.

I am the wrong north. If the trip is Phuket, do the Phuket map. Do not add a third region to find a kitchen.

Hotel buffet “halal corner” is a maybe. A shop that is open for the neighbourhood is a better tell. Ask. Do not wire a week of dinners to a sticker.

Certified vs no pork: say it. I would not treat a holiday strip as a religious kitchen. Town first.

Pretty website, weak kitchen. Ask who cooks. A laminated word on a beach menu is not a catchment shop.

Bangkok has a denser map. Phuket is thinner outside town. That is the whole warning. Do not expect Nana density on Kata.

Island prices still apply. Halal does not mean cheap. Budget the island spike, then find the kitchen.

Krabi vs Phuket is the coast. This is the kitchen on one island. I would not mix them. Town vs strip is the useful split.

If you need it every meal, sleep near the catchment, not a hill that needs a scooter at 21:00.
