Laos visa run or extend in Thailand?

Trip got longer than a beach week. People still sell a Vientiane weekend as a product.

A new entry is not an extension

Extend here if you can. A Vientiane weekend is a new entry. Officers have been less romantic about stamp-hopping for years. Cabinet is not going to make it easier.

1,900 cash, photo, copies. That is the office product. The border is a second lottery. I would not buy the lottery to save 1,900.

If you need months, DTV from outside. A border run is how people collect refusals and then ask about DTV in a panic.
