US passport, flying 6 Sep. Do I still file TDAC if I am landing visa-exempt, or is that only if you already have a visa in the passport?

I filed TDAC 2 days out, approved in a few hours. I am UK so your form might look different, but I would still file it. Takes 10 minutes.
