Aya and Prempracha depart Chiang Mai Arcade Bus Terminal 2 (east of Old City) — not Chang Puak north gate. Book online or walk-up 250–350 baht, vans every hour morning. Chang Puak is songthaew hub for city rides, not Pai. Arrive 30 min early for seat choice; front less vomit risk. Motion pills at 7-Eleven. 3hr quoted, 3.5hr realistic with breaks.
