TARP Jesselton half day RM100 closer first Borneo snorkel — Mantanani north 2 hr drive full day RM180–250 tour dolphins not guaranteed. Pick Mantanani if dedicated island day Instagram photos. Pick TARP if 2 nights KK short time. Different coral visibility both OK not Sipadan. Mantanani book tour operator KK pickup 6am.
