Kinabalu 2D1N summit doable gym-fit pace — Laban Rata overnight summit start 2:30am altitude hits km 6 steep stairs. Book licensed Sabah Parks operator only never random guides. Porter RM50–80/kg worth heavy pack. Rent jacket top cold. Train legs beforehand. Minimum 3 days KK buffer before after. Permits sell out peak book months ahead shoulder easier.
