Lifesaver with kids — air con, 40+ stalls, everyone picks own, 60–100 baht plates, refill card system. Not gourmet but reliable rainy midday. Beach restaurants night better atmosphere. Terminal 21 also cinema rainy backup. Central north Pattaya — baht bus or Grab from Jomtien 15 min. Tourist mall yes, practical family yes.
