Balihai Pier is main — walkable from central Pattaya Beach Road. First ferries ~7–8am, 30 baht each way, 45 min crossing. Buy at pier counter, no pre-book unless peak holiday. Last return ~6pm season-dependent — miss it and pay speedboat 300+ baht. Morning boat half empty; Tawaen busy by 10am. Speedboat if you hate waiting for ferry to fill.
