Just arrived by bus from Chiang Mai. Have 2 full days before heading to Chiang Khong/Laos. Realistic itinerary?

Day 1: White Temple early + Blue Temple + Huay Pla Kang. Day 2: Baan Dam (Black House) morning + city temples or Choui Fong tea plantation. Tight but doable with Grab. Don't rush White Temple — that's the mistake day-trippers make.

Black House is north of city — pair with something that direction. White Temple at 8:30am before Chiang Mai buses.
