Start 8am at Red Square / Dutch Square — Stadthuys exterior, Christ Church photos before tour buses and trishaw touts peak. Walk to Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum nearby (guided tours, steep stairs, ~RM18). Then A Famosa gate ruins 10 min on foot. Cheng Hoon Teng temple fits same loop. Half day to noon works; lunch Jonker after. Trishaw guys pushy after 10am — walk or negotiate fixed price early.
