Phra Nang (Princess Cave) beach accessible most tides — low tide links toward Railay east sand walk. High tide still swim; cave shrine always visible. Tour stop 45 min usually enough. Separate Railay morning if you want quiet before long-tail crowds 10am. East Railay kayaks rent hourly for cave angle. Not same as Thale Waek sandbank — different tour. Sunrise from east side beautiful calm water.
