Long-tail boat 100 baht — fixed price or scam?

Ao Nang ↔ Railay public long-tail is 100 baht one-way at the official pier booth — pay there, not random beach touts. 150 is tourist tax or private boat. Last return ~6pm; after that private 300–500 baht. Krabi Town pier also 100 baht to Railay. Shared boat waits until ~8 passengers. Daylight only rough seas. Fixed board sign exists — point at it if quoted higher.
