Self-guided is enough — grab the free heritage trail map at the tourism office near Fort Cornwallis or download the Marking George Town app. Ernest Zacharevic murals (Kids on Bicycle, Boy on Bike) cluster around Armenian St and Ah Quee St. Start 7:30–8am before heat and tour groups; midday is miserable for outdoor hunting. You don't need a paid tour unless you want clan house history context — murals are public on building walls. Bicycle rickshaw drivers will offer "art tour" RM40/hour — optional, not required.
