Yes — start 8am at Kek Lok Si (incline lift up, 2–3 hours with photos), lunch at Air Itam market for assam laksa, then Grab to Penang Hill funicular for afternoon views. Total 8–10 hours if you're not hiking. Skip Penang Hill if low cloud — the view is wasted and queues hit 90 min on weekends. Wear covered shoulders at the temple; funicular tickets can be bought online to shave queue time.

We did Kek Lok Si only — enough. Hill queue was 90 min on Saturday.
