Grab is RM25–40 from Penang International Airport (PEN) to George Town depending on traffic and tolls — download the app before immigration and use airport WiFi. Rapid Penang bus 401E to Komtar costs about RM2–3 and takes 60–90 minutes with stops; fine if you're not jet-lagged. Fixed-rate airport taxi at the counter is roughly RM38 — Grab is usually cheaper off-peak. Bayan Lepas toll can add RM2–3 on your Grab receipt.

Took 401E to save ringgit — fine once. With bags after long flight I'd Grab next time.
