Pavilion Bukit Bintang wins for efficient souvenir + dinner combo — larger fashion mix, better food court spread, walking distance to Jalan Alor after. Suria KLCC is prettier (Petronas views, park outside) but pricier tenant mix and smaller unless you want tower-branded gifts. Central Market is cheaper for batik and trinkets if you have time for a Grab. For one-stop last day: Pavilion basement food + shopping, then evening tower light show at KLCC (free, 8pm/9pm) — 15 min monorail/walk between them. Tourist surcharge applies everywhere — compare pewter and chocolate prices once, don't impulse at first stall.
Pavilion for shopping volume — more mid-range. Suria for tower photos and park exit after.
Bought same keychain at both malls — RM5 cheaper at Pavilion, weirdly.
