Monorail from Bukit Bintang to KL Sentral and Hang Tuah covers most tourist ground. LRT from Masjid Jamek or Merdeka reaches Old City and Chinatown. Grab only for rain, late night, or side trips like Kampung Baru — rush hour 5–8pm on Jalan Sultan Ismail is a parking lot, so stay on rail for video calls. Touch 'n Go card at any station saves queuing for tokens; top up RM20–30 for a work week.

Touch 'n Go card works on rail — buy at station. Cheaper than daily Grab habit.

I still Grab when carrying laptop + umbrella + 35°C heat. Rail for predictable commutes only.
