Book online at least 2–3 days ahead — walk-in slots sell out by midday on weekends, especially school holidays. Morning visits (9–11am) mean shorter queues and better photos with kids. Same-day tickets at the Suria counter exist but share the online pool, so don't rely on them in peak season. Tuesday–Thursday is the easiest window if your dates are flexible.

We walked up without booking on a Monday and got afternoon slots. Lucky maybe — I'd still pre-book if dates are fixed.
