Regular gym goer, no hiking above 2000m. Realistic?

Doable if you pace — summit start 2:30am, altitude hits around km 6. Train legs beforehand. Book licensed Sabah Parks operator only, porter worth it for heavy pack. Cold at top — rent jacket. Minimum 3 days KK buffer before/after.
