Grab RM25–40 to George Town depending on traffic. Rapid Penang bus 401E to Komtar ~RM2–3 but 60–90 min with stops — fine if not tired. Airport taxi counter fixed rate ~RM38 — Grab usually cheaper off-peak.

Took 401E to save ringgit — fine once. With bags after long flight I'd Grab next time.

Download Grab before immigration. Bayan Lepas toll sometimes adds RM2–3 on Grab receipt.
