Saturday in JB. Leave 3pm or wait until 7pm — when is Causeway worst?

Leave JB before 4pm Saturday — 5pm onward Fri/Sat/Sun Causeway nightmare 2+ hours by car/bus. KTM Shuttle return book early (immune to car queue). CW2 bus 24hr backup if train full. Weekday mid-morning smooth both directions. 7pm Saturday worst case. 3:30pm return = 40 min total vs 6pm friend waited 2 hours. Plan massage before 3pm if day tripping.
