Chang Phueak morning market (north gate) is worth one sunrise — khao soi Khun Yai adjacent, sai ua sausage, sticky rice 20 baht. Peak 6–9am, mostly locals. Pair with Doi Suthep songthaew from same gate after breakfast. Saturday has extra vendors. Cheaper than Nimman brunch. Cash only small bills. Night market different spot — don't confuse. Santitham walkable if you stay west.
