Nimman or Old City for 10 days?

Couple in our 30s. Temples and markets but also good coffee. Remote work 2–3 afternoons. One base?

Old City if temples and walking the moat are 70% of the trip — stay inside the square, red songthaew to Nimman evenings (30 baht). Nimman if you work remotely afternoons — CAMP, Punspace, cafe wifi, but planes overhead every 20 min. Both 10 min apart by Grab; split bases only if you hate repacking. Santitham is a quieter third option 10 min from Nimman with cheaper guesthouses.

Nimman for work afternoons — wifi cafes everywhere. Old City for sightseeing days. One base only: Nimman + red songthaew to Old City 30 baht.
