One Chinatown food night. Friday land vs Sunday better?

Friday and Saturday busiest — full stall lineup, hard to walk 7–10pm. Weeknight (Tue–Thu) still excellent, easier to stop at crab noodles and mango sticky rice without queue war. Sunday OK. Arrive Wat Mangkon MRT 6:30pm, walk side sois not just main Yaowarat strip. After 11pm thins — go hungry 7–9pm peak. No reservation culture — cash, point, wait.

Friday packed but every stall open. Monday some closed early — still ate well.
