Phrom Phong or Ari — BTS, malls with groceries (EmQuartier, Big C), quieter than Nana. Mid-range hotels often have family rooms and elevators. Avoid Khao San stairs and bucket noise. Silom near Lumphini good for park mornings. Siam works if you want aquarium/mall play zones — pricier but logistics easy. Grab child seat rare — bring travel harness.
