Book online. Walk-in often sold out by midday especially weekends. Morning slots best for views and shorter queues with kids.

Suria mall ticket counter exists but same inventory — don't rely on it peak season. Tuesday–Thursday easier than Fri–Sun.

We walked up without booking on a Monday and got afternoon slots. Lucky maybe — I'd still pre-book if dates are fixed.
