James Bond Island (Koh Tapu) is a 15-minute photo stop — crowded but iconic. Real magic is sea-canoe through Koh Panak hongs (caves) at low tide — pay tour with kayak time included, not speedboat that rushes. Ao Po or Laem Sai pier departures common from north; Kata pickup tours exist. Half day minimum, wear shoes that get wet. Avoid cheapest 900 baht flyers that skip kayak. Lunch on floating village optional touristy add-on.
