Ao Nang or Railay for 5 nights?

Want island tours but also that limestone beach vibe. Is Railay too isolated for booking day trips or do boats run from there too?

Most tours start Ao Nang pier — from Railay you long-tail over first (extra 100 baht + time). Split: 2 Railay, 3 Ao Nang. Or base Ao Nang and day-trip Railay.

Railay for vibe, Ao Nang for logistics. I stayed Railay whole time but paid the boat tax daily for tours.
