Which pier for Phi Phi vs Coral Island?
Staying near Kata. Tour agents quote different prices and piers — Chalong, Rassada, Rawai. Does it matter which one I book from?

Chalong for Coral/Racha (closest to Kata). Rassada Pier in Phuket Town for Phi Phi and longer ferry routes. Most tours include hotel pickup anyway — focus on operator reviews, not the pier name on the flyer.

Nov–Apr is island season. If seas are rough they cancel — build a buffer day. Similans need advance booking in peak season.
